Through Pennsylvania's Medicaid Community HealthChoices waiver, family members can be paid for the caregiving they already do — with training, support, and a care plan behind them.
We are a qualified provider with the PA Office of Developmental Programs, serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism through the P/FDS, Community Living, and Consolidated waivers.

His doctorate in Public Health from Penn State College of Medicine shapes how the agency works: evidence-based practice, real quality management, and dignity as a clinical standard, not a slogan.
